REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Woci Koburu, of P.O. Box 41976, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.404700 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 118/1467, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
