NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 of the Labour Relations Act, 2007, to all trade unions, federation of trade unions, employer organizations and federations, of the receipt of an application for registration of Federation of Kenya Workers Congress. The notice if given to the following registered trade union federations: Central Organization of Trade Unions (K) – COTU (K); Trade Unions Congress (K) – TUC (K); 6890 6890 to submit in writing any objections against the registration of the federation within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice.
