CAUSE No. E9 OF 2021 By (1) Mohamed Ismail Hasham and (2) Harun Ayub, both of P.O. Box 2020, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saleh Mohamed Ismael. late of Kaaga, who died on 16th October, 2017.
