TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E66 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Chelangat Chebere and (2) Richard Kipngetich Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 363, Litein in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sigilai Chebbere Kiptergech arap alias Kiptergech arap Chebere, who died on 29th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
