TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Keben Cheruiyot and (2) Sammy Kimutai Kipsoi, both of P.O. Box 6-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Kpsoi, who died on 30th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 76 OF 2021 By David Koskei Musewe, of P.O. Box 3, Timboroa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Chuma, who died at Muserechi, on 31st July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
