CAUSE No. E104 OF 2021 By Maurice Otieno Otiende, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Otiende Orimbo alias Philip Otiende , who died on 22nd July, 1991. CAUSE No.E1 11 OF 2021 By Margaret Akinyi Achieng, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Achieng Buso alias Achieng Buso, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 13th March, 1989. CAUSE No. E130 OF 2021 By Tyrus Onyango Owino, of P.O. Box 158-40102, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Owino Ngolo, who died at East Othany, on 4th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
