TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 51 OF 2021 By Isaack Litunya Masengeli, of P.O. Box 172-50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Nalika Murakho alias Nalilka Murakho, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 22nd August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2021 By Catherine Wekulo Lichumah, of P.O. Box 52, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shatuma Patrick, who died on 23rd September, 2006. CAUSE No. E154 OF 2021 By Edward Salengo Mutevesi, of P.O. Box 277, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Meta Mutevesi, who died at Musingu Sub-location, on 26th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
