TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E220 "B" OF 2021 By John Kimani Kariuki, of P.O. Box 1314, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Chege Munyungu, who died at Kerwa, on 14th June, 1992. CAUSE No. E223 OF 2021 By Hellen Muthoni Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 2539-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Maina Wanderi, late of Limuru, who died on 24th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
