TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2021 By Mwarabu Sikubali Kitsango, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chitsango Mwarabu Washe, who died on 12th June, 1995. CAUSE No. E224 OF 2021 By Bashora Baloni Dadi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baloni Dadi Said, who died on 6th May, 2021. CAUSE No. E226 OF 2021 By (1) Joshua Mwamuye Tsuma, (2) Silas Ngala Tsuma and (3) David Sanga Tsuma, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sera David Tsuma, who died on 2nd January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
