CAUSE No. E288 OF 2021 By Peter Otieno Nyauke, of P.O. Box 629, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyauke Sigu, late of North Kanyabala, who died there on 6th August, 1992. CAUSE No. E290 OF 2021 By Moses Oguda Nyoloo, of P.O. Box 401, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyoloo, late of Anijo, who died there on 7th January, 1976. Box 59, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Opiyo Obeto, late of Kalanya Kanyango, who died there on 10th May, 2000. CAUSE No. E293 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Ochieng Ogindi and (2) Collins Otieno Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 86, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasonga Randiki, late of Komolo, who died there on 6th August, 1996 CAUSE No. E320 OF 2021 By Rispa Akelo Ouma, of P.O. Box 629-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Auma Nyamwanda alias Joseph auma Nyamwanda, late of North Kanyabala, who died at Olodo, on 3rd July, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
