TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 287 OF 2021 By Hussein Ibrahim Tani. of P.O. Box 30124, Nairobi in Kcaya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Tale, late of Kasarani, who died at Korogocho, on 30th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 326 OF 2021 By Loice Nduta Wambui, of P.O. Box 28, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Ndirangu Kuineti alias Ndirangu Kuineti, late of Machakos, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 29th January, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
