TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E124 OF 2021 By Kipkoech Kibet Kisach, of P.O. Box 50-30204, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sogome Kimuguny, who died at Koitugum Village, on 16th December, 2020. CAUSE No. E354 OF 2021 By Anthony Kipleting Korir, of P.O. Box 7103-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkenei arap Chemur, late of Kaplogoi, Kimoning, who died there on 21st April, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
