TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E37 OF 2021 By (1) Mwara Mwatu, (2) Chuhi Nyoike, (3) Nduhiu Nyoike and (4) Wamuyu Manyara, all of P.O. Box 40301-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Nyoike, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2017.
