TURBOCHARGERS SERVICES AFRICA LIMITED DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLEC MD MOTOR VEHICLE NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle KBX 613G, Range Rover Vogue, Chassis Number SALLMAM23AA323464, lying uncollected within the premises of Turbochargers Services Africa Limited, situated along 33, Oldeani Crescent, off Matumbato Road, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated cost of repairs, storage charges, security and other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid vehicle is collected within the expiry of this notice, the same shall be disposed of by way of public auction or private treaty without further notice.
