WHEREAS Bennie Stevens Kithy (1D/8369027), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title Nos. Kilifi/Jimba/1670 and Kilifi/Jimha.,1671, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct new green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
