WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Mohamed Yunis (ID/23279516) and (2) Doris Kajuju (ID/24768885), are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 16.401 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. KajiadoiKaputiei North/968, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the land register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
