REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gibson Mokua Momanyi, of P.O. Box 24330, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 2.470 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Njoro/Ngata Block 1/5352 (Kiamunyi), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
