THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Kariithi Njogu, of P.O. Box 13015. Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 5/1738 (Kiamunyeki -A"), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
