ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (2) of the Small Claims Court Act, 2016, 1, Martha K. Koome, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya, do establish the Small Claims Court at Kajiado Law Courts to exercise Jurisdiction within Kajiado County, with effect from the 1st December, 2021.
