TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2021 By (1) Wellington Odula Omondi and (2) Jane Pam Achieng Odula, both of P.O. Box 123, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Akech Odula Nundu, who died on 18th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2021 By Joshua Ouma Omungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josia Omungu Oracha alias Josia Omungu s/o Oracha, who died on 3rd May, 1983. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2021 By Ruth Auma Abondo, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ochieng Omolo alias Peter Omolo, who died on 14th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2021 By Jane Atieno Owuor, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Okoth Haga alias Alexandry Okoth Haga, who died on 5th July, 1995. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2021 By Jane Atieno Owuor, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Ouma Haga, who died on 10th April, 1998.
