TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E411 OF 2021 By Maritin Ochieng Oyugi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Oyugi Ayomo alias Oyugi Ayomo, who died at Kaugagi, on 24th February, 1982. CAUSE NO. E473 OF 2021 By Fredrick Onyango Owegi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Owegi Nyundo, who died on 5th March, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
