TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 203 OF 2021 By Peter Munyao Musyoki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoki Maitho alias Koti Maitha, who died at Matuu Leval 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 228 OF 2021 By Patrick Muoki Kimilu, of P.O. Box 262, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luis Kithei Kimilu, who died on 13th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
