TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2021 By Esther Thairora Kathari, of P.O. Box 4058, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ciomwambi M’Aburuki, late of Athwana, who died there on 30th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2021 By Lusia Kalimbi M’Barabi, of P.O. Box 10, Muthara in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbarabi Ngaruthi, late of Muthara, who died at Athinga, on 25th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
