CAUSE NO. 240 OF 2021 By John Gakono Njiru, of P.O. Box 236, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Sharimu, who died at Riandu, Mbeere, on 22nd January, 2008. Box 1906, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ngari Nguyo, who died at Gachoka Sub-location, on 24th July, 2020.
