TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Gitu Muiruri and (2) Moses Njihia Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 124—20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Gichia, who died at ERSCRH, on 26th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2021 By (1) Helena Kimoi Chepsergon and (2) Peter Kiprop Chepsegon, both of P.O. Box 60—30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kigen Chepsergon, who died at District Hospital, Kabarnet in Kenya, on 15th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
