TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By Martha Nyanchera Tinega, of P.O. Box 88, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Ombongi Tinega, who died at Hema Hospital, in Kenya, on 1st November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2021 (1) Aska Bosibori Ogora and (2) Truphena Moraa Onsare, both of P.O. Box 1279, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ogora Oando alias Ogora Oanda, who died at Emenwa Sub-location, on 22nd October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
