TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 410 OF 2021
By Perez Anyango Omollo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouma Otiang,
who died at Gongo Sub-location, on 21st November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. 493 OF 2021
By Anjeline Sawayi Juma, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Omolo Juma,
who died on 11th August, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
