TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 318 OF 2021 By Hudson Opili Kivai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibayi Ombisi alias Reuben Kivai, who died at Muhanda Sub-location, on 1st February, 1990. CAUSE NO. 341 OF 2021 By Florence Uside Maliga, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Oyigo alias Oigo Albert alias Oyigo Salamba, who died at Masana Sub- location, on 2nd July 1982. CAUSE NO. 342 OF 2021 By Epainito Onacha Swai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyando Onzore, who died at Ideleri Sub-location, on 4th October, 1988. CAUSE NO. 343 OF 2021 By Jotham Misigo Kinambuga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinambuga Misiko alias Kinambuga Misigo, who died at Vigulu Sub-location, on 23rd September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
