TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E408 OF 2021 By Lemmy Njoroge Wambaa, of P.O. Box 1964—00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Mumbi Wambaa alias Wambaa Alice Mumbi, who died at Muthiga, on 21st May, 2016. CAUSE NO. 414 OF 2021 By (1) Lewis Wilkinson Kimani, (2) Peter Gichuhi Waiyaki and (3) Tiras Barae Waiyaki, all of P.O. Box 44502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s Trustees, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wairimu Waiyaki, who died on 5th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
