TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2021 By Callen Nyaboke Obare, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kefa Onyoni Omwange, who died at K. D. H., in Kenya, on 25th January, 2001. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2021 By Wilfred Nyang’au Ogwankwa, of P.O. Box 330–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Moraa Nyang’au, who died at Boisanga, on 1st September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
