TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 652 OF 2021 By (1) Lawrence Akora Okari and (2) Moige Abuya, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Bosibori Okari, who died on 28th August, 1993. CAUSE NO. 659 OF 2021 By Kevin Okumu Adongo, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the decaesed’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogot Onim, who died on 10th May, 1975. CAUSE NO. 631 OF 2021 By Charles Kamanda, the deceased’s son, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mocheche Obiri, who died at Nyamware Sub-location, on 7th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
