CAUSE NO. 531 OF 2021 By (1) Lucy Mokeira Nyarindo and (2) Clinton Machoka, both of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philimon Machoka Victor, who died at Birongo, on 21st June, 2021.
