E11 OF 2021 By Asha Ahmed Osman, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khadija Mohamed Yussuf, who died at Wabera, on 10th May, 2007. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By Hakule Dika Dambala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngunjiri Mugo, who died at Catholic Hospital, Wamba in Kenya, on 20th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Catherine Naweicho Losurim, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ekai Ngolea, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
