E5 OF 2021 By (1) Ndirany Oseur Tanchu and (2) Sokorde Oseur Tanchu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oseur ole Kaimba Tanchu, who died at Namanga, on 14th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2021 By (1) Grace Kanini Muchoki and (2) Mark Kimathi Raichena, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muchoki Kariri, who died at Toll, Mugutha, on 2nd April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2021 By Paul Wainaina Muigai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Kiberenge Kanuthia, who died at Entacati, Keekonyie north, on 22nd June, 1993. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2021 By (1) Muntati Makooi and (2) Kimeriai Makooi, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makooi ole Ntenkese, who died at Olmeirrui, on 1st August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
