TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2021 By Nelson Kathuri Ndambi, of P.O. Box 240–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namu Uchomba, who died at OLL Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2021 By Anselemwa Njeri Njue, of P.O. Box 24, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dionisia Marigu Njue, who died at Kevote, on 15th October, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
