CAUSE NO. 275 OF 2021 By (1) Timothy Muellar Sikunyi, (2) Correta Mwella, (3) Philemon Namasaka Mwella and (4) Joseph Sindani Mwella, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Nelima Mwella alias Rosemary Mwela, who died at Salama, on 12th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2021 By Patrick Nyongesa Ngome, of P.O. Box 410, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Ngome Mavonga, late of Mukuyuni, who died at Kimilili Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 287 OF 2021 By (1) Risper Amanya Wangaha and (2) Josephat Opanyi Ang’aha, both of P.O. Box 224, Mateka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wellingtone Angaha Amisi Wakhu, late of Lunza, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 20th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
