CAUSE NO. E559 OF 2021 By Thomas Kaunda Nyageri, of P.O. Box 500, Mwisho wa Lami in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyageri Imboga, late of Mwisho wa Lami, who died there on 7th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E594 OF 2021 By Magdalene Wanjiru Mathenge, of P.O. Box 456, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nerias Nyokabi Mathenge, who died at Piave, on 21st November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E652 OF 2021 By Anthony Gathambu Githinji, of P.O. Box 2368–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Githinji Njuguna, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2018.
