TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2020 By (1) Kanwaljeet Kaur Kalsi, (2) Narinderjeet Kaur Kalsi and (3) Jagdeep Kaur Kalsi, all of P.O. Box 260–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Satwant Kaur Kalsi, who died at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2014. CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2021 By (1) Zipporah Jepkemoi Koech and (2) Victor Kipruto Silgich, both of P.O. Box 8294–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipsilgich Koech, who died on 3rd September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kiprono Sang and (2) Raphael Kipruto Rotich, both of P.O. Box 2782–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Kipsang Kitoo, late of Lingwai, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
