NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KBP 919C, KBB 027H and KCH 423U to take delivery of the same from the storage of Muthithi Go Down within thirty (30) days from the date of tpublication of this notice, upon payment of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without any further notice.
