COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above part development plans have been completed. The development plans relate to land situated within Kisii Municipality. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning, Kisii County. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the the County Director of Physical Planning, Kisii County, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director Physical Planning Office, P.O. Box 4550, Kisii, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 8th November, 2021. P. B.
