REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kassim Abubakar Mohamed, of P.O. Box 81306– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from the Government of Kenya, of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 13880/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 39745/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
