WHEREAS Samir Salim Said Al-Busaidi attorney of Thelma Salim Al Busaidy the beneficiary of the estate of Sharifa Ahmeld Busaidy, of P.O. Box 81479–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as a proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 3119/I/MN, containing 0.4636 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 15400/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
