APPOINTMENT


PURSUANT to Article 159 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (c) of the Judicial Service Act, the Chief Justice appoints the following to be members to the National Steering Committee for the Implementation of the Alternative Justice System (AJS) Policy, for a period of five (5) years. 1.
