TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2021 By Christopher Khalidi M. Lugogo, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athman Kasuka Lugogo, who died at Wundanyi, on 31st May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E334 OF 2021 By Juma Ali Abdalla, the deceased’s great grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Abdulla Dzombo and (2) Khalfan Mwamambo, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
