TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2020 By (1) Nimoh Jama Tarabe and (2) Nura Ali Jama, both of P.O. Box 76239–00508, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Jama Abdi alias Ali Jama Madhar, who died at Nairobi, on 31st May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2021 By (1) Hussein Abdinassir Mohamed and (2) Mohamed Abdinasir, both of P.O. Box 49, Wajir in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdinasir Mohamed alias Abdinassir Mohamed Hussein Abdi Nassir Mohamed, who died at Nairobi, on 26th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
