TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2021 By Majda Mohamed Ahmed, of P.O. Box 10645–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salah Salim Ahmed Jeizan, who died in London, on 1st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2021 By Adam Ali Mwanaidi, of P.O. Box 6155–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Mohamed, who died at Nairobi, on 6th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
