E89 OF 2021 By Owino Kevin, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Owino, who died on 15th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2021 By Kennedy Ochieng Amara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ogweno Amara, who died on 25th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2021 By Rose Atieno Tembe, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tembe Mitoke, who died on 4th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By Joshua Odhiambo Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ochola Odero alias John Ochola, who died on 21st December, 2014.
