CAUSE NO. 490 OF 2021 By Mamson Asol Achola Apinde, of P.O. Box 1020, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jashon Achola Apinde, who died at East Katwenga, Siaya, on 5th January, 1983. CAUSE NO. 491 OF 2021 By Michael Adeya Oduma, of P.O. Box 1020, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Odul Oduma, who died at Karapul, Siaya, on 10th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
