TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2020 By Maureen Mauwa Karisa, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zawadi Mashanga Ruawa, who died on 20th August, 1987. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2021 By Nzingo Gideon Nguwa, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideoni Nguwa Mwandenge, who died on 20th August, 1987. CAUSE NO. 205 OF 2021 By (1) Linda Maere Mwangala, (2) Gilbert Kanungu Mwaganda, (3) Benson Kanungu Mwaganda, and (4) Kennedy Kanungu Mwaganda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanungu Mwaganda Chivute, who died at Kikambala, on 14th April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
