TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2021 By (1) Janet Anyango Odhiambo, (2) Andrew Maramba Odhiambo, (3) Felister Akinyi Odhiambo and (4) David Okoth Odhiambo, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Misharck Odhiambo, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 7th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. 466 OF 2021 By Julias Juma Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Ochieng Omondi, who died on 9th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E507 OF 2021 By Sofia Aoko Oyuga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerfas Oyuga Jowi, who died on 24th April, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
